BrandX has developed a smart showcase for cosmetic shops which offer plenty of inventive new ways for consumers to interact with and purchase products.
Upon approaching customers are greeted through messages on the showcase’s mirror. Customers engage through it’s touch sensitive mirror and can participate in promotions and games. The showcase learns about the customers standing in front of it and is recommending products as well a giving cosmetic advice. When it comes to shopping, customers can first test products recommended by the showcase before calling a sales assistant to finalise the purchase.
The technologies included in the showcase are facial recognition, artificial intelligence and peripheral tracking, all for the purpose of offering highly customised, engaging and immersive shopping experiences.
For brands there is an option to see the data insights from one or more showcases at a backend. The smart showcase’s functions can be tailored to every brands requirements.
